Phasing Out Our Loyalty Cards
We have now begun the process of steadily phasing out our loyalty cards. Our app will soon become our main and only loyalty program. Not only will this help us streamline our loyalty scheme, it also offers many benefits to our customers too.
How do I use my Loyalty Card?
Bring your Loyalty Card along with you each time you shop with us . We swipe it each time you spend. You get 1 point for every £1 spent. The more you spend, the more points you collect and the closer you get to big savings!
How do I use my Loyalty Points?
Once you have collected 500 points you can redeem £5 worth of in-store spend. (That’s double the value of nectar points). Let the till assistant know you would like to redeem your points at the start of your transaction. Otherwise, SAVE your points for a special occasion or big spend coming up. Points can only be redeemed in £5 increments, i.e £5, £10, £15, £20…
Can I use it as a Savings Card?
Yes! You can make account payments at any time. Use it to save for a special occasion. Alternatively, keep funds aside for your weekly, essential, fresh meat products.
What are the other Benefits?
Once you’ve signed up, we automatically add you to our messaging list. You receive all of our Special Offers before anybody else. Also, selected products have bonus points of 100, 200 and 500 points. We also have prize draws, for cash prizes, hampers and other goodies.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Loyalty Card?
We're still happy to replace it, only for a little while longer!
If your card has been lost, damaged or has been stolen, we will happily replace this for you.
Please fill in the form below and we will transfer your existing account to a new card. This card will be ready for you to collect from your preferred store within 7 working days.
Alternatively, download our app and contact us to request a link to your old loyalty card account.

You shall be notified by email once your card is ready to collect.
Points have no monetary value outside of any Whitehouse Foods Ltd store. These include: Whitehouse Foods, Whitehouse Brothers and Whitehouse Catering.
The addition of loyalty points is entirely at a branch manager or supervisor's discretion.
A valid Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase to collect loyalty points. Whitehouse Foods Ltd and its employees have the right to deny addition of points to a customer's account if the customer does not present a valid loyalty card.
Retrospective addition of points for previous transactions shall not be permitted (an exemption to this would be a till fault, whereby receipts are sent to head office and added manually within 7 working days). Points are non-transferable (separate accounts cannot be merged or combined).
Whitehouse Foods Ltd has the right to terminate the use of a loyalty card. Further to this, they also maintain the right to remove accumulated points at any time. This may be in result of a form of misconduct. Including but not limited to: Payment fault, Shoplifting, Physical or verbal abuse of staff and/or intimidation.
