Full Refund

If you have your receipt and we deem that the product was faulty, we're happy to issue a full refund

Product Replacement

We're happy to replace the products if you don't have your receipt. You will need to provide packaging or images as proof of purchase and we must deem the product faulty

Store Credit

You may choose to receive store credit onto your App account or Loyalty Card. You will need to provide packaging or images as proof of purchase and we must deem the product faulty
